Accessibility Statement

We are committed to designing our website in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Disability Equality Act (BGStG, https://www.ris.bka.gv.at/GeltendeFassung.wxe?Abfrage=Bundesnormen&Gesetzesnummer=20004228) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/).

1. Measures for Accessibility

We have implemented various measures to ensure the accessibility of our website, including the use of easily readable fonts, a clear page structure, and simple navigation options.
The following content is not yet, or only partially, compliant with accessibility requirements:

Some non-decorative images in the content lack alternative text, making this information inaccessible to screen reader users. This does not meet the WCAG success criterion 1.1.1 (Non-text Content). We plan to add alternative texts to all non-decorative images. All new images will be published with alternative texts.

Linked PDF documents are not accessible. For example, PDF documents are not tagged, making them difficult or impossible for screen reader users to access and use effectively. This does not meet WCAG success criterion 4.1.2 (Name, Role, Value). We are working to resolve this issue.

Colors and contrasts have not yet been checked, but we plan to conduct this review soon and make improvements.

No guarantee can be made regarding the accessibility compliance of linked third-party content.

2. Feedback and Contact

If you encounter any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us via our contact email address. We appreciate your feedback to continuously improve the usability of our website.

3. Enforcement Procedure

If you do not receive an adequate response to your accessibility concerns, you have the option to contact the conciliation body of the Ministry of Social Affairs. Their website can be found here: https://www.sozialministeriumservice.at/Angehoerige/Gleichstellung/Schlichtung/Schlichtung.de.html.
